HOW TO GET A JACKET MADE JUST FOR YOU

Many of the jackets that I have listed are one of a kind, and may not be listed in the size that you need. Not a problem; I'll make one just for you!

Pllease keep in mind that I use a variety of carefully chosen denim jackets brands that I find with diligent hunting at thrift stores in my area, and that one brand's medium will almost certainly NOT fit the same as another brand's. Another factor in getting the right fit for you is to consider HOW you like your jacket to fit, whether you like loose and roomy, or cropped and tight!

That being said, your delight and satisfaction are my priorities and I will want to make sure that the jacket that I will use for a special order will fit you just the way you want it to fit. I will ask you for measurements of a jacket that you already have (measuring across the chest, length, and sleeve length), and will compare those measurements with the jackets that I have in my inventory. Then I'll confirm everything with you before I proceed!

I'll always do my best to get your custom made jacket to you as soon as possible, but sometimes an order will catch me by surprise and I'll need to order some fabric to be able to make it ( I use lots of custom printed fabrics.) I'll always let you know whether there will be a bit of a delay.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

It is Jennimoose Designs's policy that, if you are not satisfied with your Jennimoose Designs jacket, notify me via email at jennimoosedesigns55@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt of jacket and ship the jacket back to Jennimoose Designs within two business days of notifying me. You, as the customer, are responsible for all exchange expenses including product return and exchange shipping.

Exchanges can be made for a similarly valued item. For example, a kids jacket is not equal to a women's jacket.

We do NOT offer refunds due to cutting and labor to make the product; however, exchanges are always honored. If you do not see another product that you want for exchange immediately, you will receive a credit for later use.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JENNIMOOSE DESIGNS JACKET

I wash every jacket that I buy in COLD water using a mild but very effective cleaning powder (Forever New) and then hang it to dry before working on it. Therefore, you should also clean your jacket the same way.
